Reservation terms and conditions
1. Payment for accommodation and services provided by the Hotel can be made in cash, by bank transfer or credit card, according to the current hotel price list. Payment for accommodation and additional services is made in UAH. Children under 6 years of age with no extra beds live free of charge. 
2. For guaranteed room reservation at the hotel, prepayment is made for the first night stay, with subsequent payment upon arrival of the amount remaining for the entire period of stay. In case of non-guaranteed reservation, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without warning of the guest if it receives other guaranteed reservation for the same dates. 
3. When booking a room in a hotel, the customer receives SMS text confirmation to his mobile phone (indicated in a booking form). If the customer does not receive a SMS confirmation, he / she must notify the hotel, and then confirmation will be re-sent. If the customer has left incorrect data or does not contact the hotel on the day of arrival to confirm the check-in and does not have a guaranteed booking (paid for the first night of stay), then such a reservation will be canceled.

Group reservations are not made by phone.
5. In case of no-show for more than a day, guaranteed reservation is canceled; prepayment for the first day of stay is not refundable.
6. Cancellation terms: The guest can cancel the room without penalty 3 days prior to the arrival date; otherwise the hotel will charge the amount for the first night stay.
7. Payment must due upon arrival. When booking a room for 3 days or more, the payment has to be made at least for three days.
Hotel rules and regulations
1. These Rules are developed on the basis of the current Legislation of Ukraine, decrees of the State Committee of Ukraine on Housing and Communal Services, the State Committee of Ukraine on Tourism, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, and taking into account the requirements of the Council of the International Hotel Association.
2. Hotel Palma in Lviv guarantees the guests the observance of all the rules of confidentiality.
3. The hotel reserves the right to impose a penalty for violation of fire safety regulations, smoking and disobedience to hotel rules.
4. Guests are requested to submit comments, suggestions at the reception desk.
1. The hotel is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Payment time is 2:00 pm, check-in time is 2:00 pm, and check-out time is 12:00 am. 
2. If you need to store your luggage, you can use the luggage room, which is located at the reception from the administrator. Please leave valuable things and documents in the safe at the reception. The hotel is not responsible for the loss of items in Guest's room.
3. The hotel renders the following free-of-charge services: emergency call, taxi call, wake-up call, use of a kitchen and utility room.
4. We ask you to take care of the property of the hotel, to observe the rules of fire safety. Leaving the room, please close the windows, water taps in the bathroom, turn off the light and other electrical appliances. The hotel guest bears financial liability for damaging or destroying the hotel's equipment and technical devices.
5. Hotel Guests are aware and do not object to the use of CCTV cameras on the territory of the Hotel, except for bathrooms and guest's rooms. 
In order to ensure peaceful and safe stay guests are not permitted:
1. To smoke in hotel rooms, corridors and other areas. 
2. To use electric heating appliances not included in room equipment.
3. To pass the keys to the rooms to unauthorized persons.
4. To store flammable substances in the hotel room.
5. To bring and store in the hotel room substances, materials and objects, dangerous to human life and health.
6. To remove and take furniture out of the hotel room.
7. To violate the generally accepted norms of behavior as well as to stay under the influence of drug substances on the territory of the Hotel
8. To show aggression or actions that endangers the safety of the health or property of others.  
9. To damage the hotel's property.
10. To invite guests in the hotel's room after 11:00 pm without paying and registering their stay at the hotel. 
11. To keep animals in the room without prior notice to the Hotel Administration. (See Appendix to the Art Hotel Palma Rules and Regulations **)

Rules for guests with animals 
- The guest is obliged to bring a special floor mat or a special cage for a pet.
- The guest is obliged to use muzzles on medium and large size dogs of for walk. 
- Pets' walking on the territory of the hotel is not permitted.
- Feeding pets from the cookware belonging to the Hotel is strictly prohibited.
- It is forbidden to wash pets in shower cabins, to use towels, sheets and other accessories belonging to the hotel. 
- It is forbidden to comb pets in the hotel rooms and hotel lobby.
- The Guest is obliged to guarantee the absence of the pet when the room is being cleaned or repaired.
- At check-in, a one-night deposit is required from the guest with a pet for the possible risk of damage to the hotel property. If he caused no damage, the deposit will be returned at the end of the stay in the hotel. In case of more profound damage to the hotel property, the guest is obligated to pay extra money to cover the damage.
- The hotel reserves the right to terminate an agreement with a guest living with animals in case of violation of the Hotel rules, aggressive, noisy pet behavior.
